We spent five nights in the petite apartment, which is beautiful, spacious and very well equipped. Lovely gardens, swimming pool and a braai. The maintenance and cleaning is to a very high standard, WiFi worked well. It’s well located in a quiet / safe area, pleasant walk to an abundance of great restaurants, cafes and wine bars. Highly recommend a visit, we’ll be back!'

'The accommodation is walking distance to the beach and a small shop which stocks the basics. It is wonderfully quiet and relaxing. The host made sure we had everything we needed and more. He is extremely friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back.'

'The location can't be beat. The trail along the bluff makes for the best morning and evening strolls, as it overlooks the beaches below.
The unit was great, clean and quiet.
The bed-linen and silverware can be replaced, as it has reached the end-of-life.
The Brento-on-sea location is a very peaceful location along this coastline, and the views are beyond special.

'Cozy home with open floor plan and recently redone interior provided a relaxing and fresh atmosphere. Large backyard, new pool, and safe neighborhood were perfect for outdoor activities and family walks.
Maria went above and beyond. Her added touches of fresh flowers, coffee & tea, milk, soaps & shampoos, laundry supplies and homemade rusks were so thoughtful! She provided excellent recommendations for restaurants (like Salinas) and activites (stunning beaches, hiking, canoeing & day trips...

'There was a problem with communication about the property. I was never told about the power outage and also the property did not have AC system in all rooms. Some of the doors were bad and were never fixed and this was the same complaint for past reviews. The host did not care too much. We were checked in late and were not even compensated for the check out. They had "I do not care" attitude. It is a beautiful property but a terrible host.'
