'We visited South Africa for the second time in three years but wanted to stay a bit longer in one place. As we had friends that were at Mosselbaai from January till April we decided to stay a week in Mosselbaai. Via homeaway we across this villa in Pinnacle point estate. It looked already difficult to believe on the website pictures but it was in reality beyond our exprctations. 'The room was nicely decorated, clean and charcoal was provided for the braai. Amenities, including the tea pot, were good with considerate extras included. The berry store downstairs provided a nice place to taste and purchase farm made jams, relishes and liquers.'

'The house has beautiful views and the linens were clean. That is where the positive points end. The house has a strong odor of mold that immediately caused my allergies to flare up. I suspect there was water damage as they had moisture eaters around the house and there was area where you can see evidence of former water intrusions. There was also a strong odor of sewage emitting from the bathrooms that may be attributed to septic system issues. As a result the house did not feel or smell...

'It felt like home away from home. The manager does not answer his phone. The assistants on the premises were very pleasant and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.'
