Great spot for a family
The house was very clean and perfect in terms of space. Common areas were large and worked well, and everyone had a bed. Traffic is loud but didn't bother us and is mainly an issue in the front bedroom. I'd highly recommend this spot to anyone.

Great house with perfect space
We had a great stay at this property! The owner was quick to respond to our questions, the home was clean, and it was the perfect amount of space for the adults and teens in our group to be able to spread out a little! It is located on a fairly busy street so there was a little bit of road noise but it wasn't too bad and didn't stop us from sleeping well!

This is a lovely updated home. The beds were comfortable and the space was perfect for everyone to have their own bedroom! There was plenty of sitting space in the living room for the 5 of us to be comfortably together and the kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. We have stayed in several homes and this is one of our favorites! Only down side was the street traffic in the mornings for the front bedroom. If you are a late sleeper this is not the room for you. We would definitely stay here again if in the area!!

Great Location, Great Home
I stayed at John's property, Driller's Den, during University of Tulsa's graduation weekend in May. My mom and dad, sister and her teenage daughter, my husband and I all stayed comfortably in this home. The home was clean and well appointed with plenty of linens, extra pillows, and all the basics we needed. I always forget to bring plastic wrap and aluminum foil and there was some in the unit that really saved me! Driller's Den was the perfect home to celebrate this special weekend. Thanks, John!

Perfect location for NCAA Wrestling Championships
Everything went as planned. No issues. We were in Tulsa for the NCAA National Championships at the BOK Center. Breakfast at Talley’s in the morning which was like 150 yards away, convenience store 2 doors down. A less than $10 Uber to the event. A great place for 4-8 people attending an event downtown.

The Good: Property was located in a good area though very close to the street, spacious rooms and good check in process Not so Good: The kitchen floor was sticky, the guest bathroom was not draining water properly, we had ants in one of the rooms to the left, Terrible: called John as we had no internet and did not offer help to come fix it, he said it worked the previous weekend when other folks were there. Seriously no empathy or to try different things or even sorry he just hanged up. Honestly terrible.

We were in Tulsa for a couple concerts. John’s house is super close to downtown and had plenty of room for 8 adults. There’s a gas station within easy walking distance. Knotty Pig BBQ is a MUST HAVE that’s about 5 minutes away. Awesome stay! Only downside is some traffic noise during the day but it gets way quieter at night!
