'The overall experience in this hotel could have been better. The design and ambiance are charming, but there are too many points of attention. We felt that the room was not that clean (cleaned Some spilled water off the Floor with a tissue, it came off black). Spotted a mosquito corpse on wall. Staff could have been friendlier. Bed was alright, pillows mediocre. Expect Highway noise all night.'

'They didn’t mention a pet fee upon my booking and then when I checked out, they told me there was a $50 pet fee, which should’ve been waived since I didn’t know about it other than that everything was great'

'Amy catered to our every need. Even cleared our breakfast dishes. Also helped with dining recommendations. Continental breakfast was enough to eat and presented well. However got a little boring after 3 days so Amy stopped and got us donuts. Rooms were clean and the Nicole was spacious. The outdoor oasis with pool and hot tub was heaven. '

'Its like having a small cottage village with a nice courtyard in the middle of the city. You're within walking distance of everything downtown, the rooms are cozy, good amenities and a peaceful place to relax. Check in and checkout was a breeze. Would highly recommend.'

'We didn't have an issue with the noise level. But we went to bed around midnight and use a noisemaker machine. Clean and filtered water/ice machine on every floor. Super convenient to walk around the downtown area and great nightlife and good restaurants. It's right next to a busy and lively combo bar/restaurant/nightclub that has a nice outdoor bar/eating area. Easy to visit child attending UofA, although it's a bit of a hike if you are walking. Uber or driving it's only about 10 min. ...

'First of all, I just wanted to mention that the place was very unclean. There was bugs on the bed next to me and stains on the sheets. We were so tired because we drove up there to pick up our daughter from college and didn’t have the energy to complain. I would love to have my money back if possible since we were only there for a few hours.'
