'Self free parking is available at the property. The staff is not friendly at all. We had no room service for 5 days at all. We didn't need anything so it was ok for us, but if you are a family with kids and need anything its hard, the staff is not friendly at all. The property is good, well maintained and was clean as well. '

'Beautiful B&B with wonderful staff! My room was fabulous with a beautiful bathroom and huge shower. The pool is wonderful. They have a top floor sun deck with thick cushioned loungers and beautiful loungers throughout the B&B. It is very peaceful and the staff works tirelessly at keeping the place spotless. 'The resort is an older resort with classic island charm. The property and amenities make up for the dated furniture in the units. The resort is perfect for a relaxed stay and easily accessible to all other resorts and restaurants via the shuttle or taxi. I will be coming back for a longer stay. The beach is priceless!'

'Sarah at reception was extremely helpful, she even drove me to the airport the morning of my departure.
The bar/restaurant closes at 5pm, so make sure to order drinks and supper before then.

'Turks and Caicos is an expensive island so there was good value in staying at The Sands. They are within walking distance to a small downtown area and to their sister hotel, The Palms. Food at Hemingway’s was good and the restaurant is conveniently located close to the pool and beach, however they have a tiny bar area and infrequent service to the beach area. 'The unit was clean and well equipped. It does need to have blackout curtains. The sun rises early and you will be woke up early, early first thing in the morning. When staying here you will need to have a rental car- but driving almost anywhere on the island only takes 30 minutes.'

'This is a gem of a hotel! The pick you up and bring you to the airport, besides that they have a shuttle service to the town en beach. The people of the hotel are extremely friendly and helpful.
The room is immaculately clean and comfortable, with a bed never to step out again. The have netflix with I think unlimited excess to a zillion hours of television. There is a coffee machine, microwave, fridge.
