The host is an awesome communicator and responded within an hour for most messages. Coldest weekend of the year ( -35) so we were no able to use the hot tub due to safety reasons, totally understandable. We came for our son’s birthday for a winter getaway. It was incredibly cozy, and the layout was perfect for enjoying time together as a family relaxing, cooking, and playing games.
