'We were received with the manager on a call. While we filled in the form etc she was still on a call, after it finally ended finally we got a lecture on keeping the door closed. She walked us to our room without explaing much but to check if the windows were closed. The bathroom one was actually open i saw when she left. 'Most amazing stay and excellent experience! '

'The bungalows were a perfect place to stay. Be sure to walk the property to experience the healthy Joshua Trees and dessert landscape. These are a perfect blend of organic Frank Lloyd Wright architecture where your living design joins the outdoor landscape seamlessly. They are a quiet retreat that are touched by beautiful dessert light especially at sunrise.'

'everything was good except for the shower when you shower a lot of water gets out and you have to come out on a wet floor'

'Prettige ruimte zowel het slaapgedeelte als de badkamer. Goed werkende magnetron. Alles netjes schoon en opgeruimd. De airco deed zijn werk prima bij 44 graden.'

'Only problem was with housekeeping bringing unpaid guest and a child to enjoy all the amenities that was only required for paying adults.. Showed up and accessed my room to only find housekeeping staying in what was suppose to be my room. Wine, used towels, bed unmade. Thought it was a double booked room then found out it was the maid staying in the room that was booked to me. Very unprofessional'

The afternoon I checked in the young man told me that when I check out, make sure to bring in my card to get the hold reversed. I said look I’m leaving about 6:30 in the morning. He said no problem. Someone will be here. . Well, I got to the office 630 and the older lady said sorry I can’t do that now I said, but the guys told me the previous night that someone would be...

'Check in very easy and Damaris (receptionist) very nice.'

'Goede kamer, mindere ligging vlak naast het treinspoor'

'Friendly staff and good location .'

'Great stay ! Super room ! Super staff !! '

'The property was clean and close to all the amenities of Big Bear Lake. The bed was not on a bed frame and the mattress was warned out. It felt like I was sleeping in a canoe. There was no dresser nor closet to put clothes. I had to live out of a suitcase. I will not recommend this place to family nor friends.'

'Bar slecht, sjabby.'
