'We booked for two nights and stayed a third too. And if time permitted, we would have booked a 4th and a 5th! The location is superb and centrally located in the White Mountains (we hiked the Lonesome Lake trail and the Franconia Ridge trail loop). Randy and Jonathan are perfect hosts, who dealt very well with our coffee addiction and brought us additional cups every morning. 'The room smelled bad, the bathroom was smelly from the sewer leaking out from the toilet, the bathroom wall had a hole in it in water evidently was leaking inside the wall and out the hole down the side of the tile. and lastly, we had to turn on some noise makers on our phone so we didn't have to listen to all the mice or rats. whatever it was crawling on the roof when the lights turned out. overall is one of the worst places I've ever stayed at'

'We loved staying here! The ice was conveniently bagged in ziplock bags, the tvs all have streaming services so you select your check out date, log into whatever streaming service you have and it logs you out when you check out. The staff is very kind and accommodating, they have fire pits and you just pay $6 and they give you a lighter and bucket of wood. Everything was very clean and no bugs or dirt or stains on anything. We will be back!'
