'What a lovely motel – exactly what we were looking for! It’s clean, there’s a beautiful and well-maintained pool with toys, and we really appreciated being able to park right outside our door. 'Awesome location--just beside the Pemigewasset River. There is a path between cabins with direct access to a gorgeous stretch of the river perfect for reading, swimming, and enjoying nature. I stayed in the motel portion of the property, and the room was pretty small but still comfortable. The enclosed private porch was great. Would come again!'

The location is superb and centrally located in the White Mountains (we hiked the Lonesome Lake trail and the Franconia Ridge trail loop). 'We had an excellent stay here. The room was very clean, very comfortable king size bed , the TV was huge , toiletries in dispensers in the shower , wonderful coffeemaker and a great view of the river out the back window. We have stayed many places in Lincoln and this motel is our favorite . Wish we had found it years ago! My favorite thing was that they gave you actual coffee creamers instead of the nasty powder stuff!we definitely will stay here again'

'It’s a little run down and definitely needs updating but the room was clean and the staff was helpful. Biggest complaint would be the other guests hanging around outside the rooms smoking and playing music. The price is right for a quick overnight.'
