'Hotel was nice, clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Shower head in our room was non adjustable and the water came out really hard. Preferable to low pressure any day !!!
Had difficulty finding it through the GPS in car but managed.'

'Our second stay and plan to return whenever we are in Bristol/TN. Only thing we could suggest is upgrading the mattresses. Other than that area, our stays have been enjoyable and the staff are super friendly and helpful.'
