'The staff were very attentive. I was celebrating my birthday while I was there. I ordered room service for breakfast and they even put a rose on my cart. Everyone at the Hard Rock Hotel was very enthusiastic about taking care of the guests.'

The location is clean and Austin seemed like he was always there cleaning something. That cart was always seen too lol. The rooms are clean, smell good, comfy. Loved the shampoo/conditioner (looking into the brand), great water pressure. Low noise. Walking distance to convenience and fast food. Outdoor pool was always empty. Small gym but it's there. Pets...
