'Prachtige kamer met alle faciliteiten, ontbijten buitenshuis, en omdat je midden in oude historische stad zit 👍, is parkeren aangewezen in de grotere en minder dure plaatsen op 10min wandelen. Ik heb wel gevraagd aan uitbater om douchevloer te behandelen, wegens (veel) te glad.'

'Een leuk klein hotel vlak bij de zee. Mooi zwembad met cabanas om in te liggen. De kamer was erg proper en ruim. Enkel de matras was veel te zacht en er was geen douche (enkel bad met sproeier). lekker ontbijtje met wat lokale specialiteiten. Auto hebben we makkelijk geparkeerd in een straatje nabij. (Gratis). 10min rijden van de stadskern. Personeel was supervriendelijk! Een tophotel!'

'Aangenaam, rustig hotel met directe ligging aan het strand met verschillende strandbars. 20minuutjes wandelen naar de oude stad. Ontbijt en netheid van het hotel is prima. Zwembadwater heel aangenaam en zuiver maar het zwembad zelf is oud en heeft dringend een opknapbeurt nodig. Handdoek service is goed geregeld. Je neemt aan het zwembad zoveel handdoeken als je wil en kan ze steeds omwisselen.'

The breakfast was above what you would expect from an international hotel chain. There is no beach club but a public beach (or rather: pier) 100 m away, with a few (probably too few in hight season) sun beds. 'I had a lovely time staying at Lavandula in Zadar for my work trip. Before my arrival I received a welcome email from them and a text message asking about my expected time of arrival. The check-in went smooth and the ladies from reception are really friendly! They gave me tips for Zadar: the best ice cream, nice places to watch the sunset besides the popular ones etc. The breakfast was tasty and flexible; I could easily let them know on a day-to-day basis via text message whether I wanted...

'At the day of arrival, we were contacted by our host to make us feel welcome. The welcome itself was great! The accommodation is just like you see in the pictures (no photoshop!). Raymonda and Laura (household help and host) were terrific! The view is amazing and we went to the city center multiple times for dining: check restaurant Bruschetta! We had a splendid, amazing, fantastic stay at villa Tina!'
