'Our room was large and comfortable with a good view of the town. The sauna and pool were nice, staff was friendly and helpful. A great stay and a good value. Location is perfect.
My only complaint is there were often no towels available when I went to sauna. It is uncomfortable to sit in a sauna in a woman's bathingsuit without a towel. I understand where some people take too many of the towels especially large ones. Maybe just more small towels for the sauna. '

For a period we had no warm water. Electric was out and people stuck in lifts. Parking is far from hotel and open. The carpet in dining Area is very dirty. The transport tram to downtown stops at 1900 !
Needed early breakfast some days but not possible and no flexibility.
All rooms have only bathtub with no shower curtain so water everywhere (if warm)"
