'Fine hotel, although checkin staff were not very friendly or responsive. In the morning no hot water in the shower, which they just shrugged off when I told them. Breakfast is fine, rooms are clean and comfortable. With hot water it would have been nice!'

'property was fine. The extra $5.00 charge on my credit card was annoying. Claimed it was for internet use. I did not choose to upgrade to faster internet. Used it only briefly and did not want or need higher speed. I do not appreciate being charged extra for internet use. We will think seriously about using Choice hotels when they sneak extra charges on your bill.'
