'At the checkin, Edwin was a Superstar!
Great representative of a 5 star hotel.
Had an issue with the restaurant/ bar and Beverage Mgr personally intervened and resolved the issue.
My wife and me LOVE staying here...

'Loved the reception from Kenzie. Grouped out three rooms together without asking and loved being offered unlimited water as it was a brutally hot day.
The parking assistant (Ben) was so pleasant and personable and we enjoyed talking to him.
The barista in the am was engaging as well:)
Staff and comfort of the bed and sitting area made our visit amazing:) '

It has a good vibe but our view was of the alleyway and saw a few weird things outside. But the inside was great and so were the employees, speedy check in included!'

'Check in was really quick and being able to do it at 3pm was really helpful for us. Everything seems clean and well maintained. The front desk staff was local and easy to work with and understand. There are plenty of dining options within half a mile as well. '
