'We had a wonderful trip and truly enjoyed this property! It was a real treat to have our own private lake, and we could watch the fish jump, the busy beavers hard at work and the bald eagles looking for dinner. 'The location of this cottage is excellent! It is near several hiking trails, public beaches, a great grocery store and restaurants. We LOVED the deck and the swing by the water. The interior was well-appointed and comfortable with lots of seating and sleeping options. We appreciated having WiFi access. The host supplied detailed, easy to follow information for check-in and check-out. We hope to come back to this wonderful cottage.'

'This was a great home to bring our family together for Mother's Day weekend. The location is central for many of the usual UP adventures. The kitchen is large enough for multiple people to prep meals and the dining area is adjacent to allow everyone to chat during meal prep. The kids loved the play kitchen and air hockey table. The yard was large and had a fire pit to roast marshmallows and keep the chill from spring's blustery winds at bay in the evening. '

'This was a great property for our family reunion. We had 14 adults and 5 kids. The lake was great. We had a fire in the outdoor fire pit every night. Lots of room for the kids to run and play. Kitchen was well stocked with lots of pans/utensils to use. We could all fit around the big table for meals. '

'We had a great experience here! The fishing was fun - Pike, Muskie, Bass, Perch and Sunfish. The beach area was nice - loved that it had a firepit with cooking tripod. Canoe, rowboats, SUPs, paddle boats, kayaks, life jackets, play area, pool table, foosball, ping pong, tons of board and card games, puzzles, movies, and sand toys all available. 'The property was super clean, comfortable, fun and within walking distance to anything you need in Copper Harbor. I specifically loved that all the windows were opened when we arrived to let in all that U.P. fresh air! Mark was an incredible host! He was friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. He was especially accommodating to our 4 young children. We will definitely be back! It is truly the perfect spot to stay! '
