'This was a beautiful property surrounded by woods. The beach was lovely to walk and we enjoyed finding sea glass. We also enjoyed using the kayaks that were available. We did think the price was a little high compared to other beautiful lakeside homes that we've stayed at in the past. As mentioned in a different review, the 1500 deposit is a little steep and it is not refunded for 2 weeks after you've checked out. But it is still a great place to stay and I'm sure you will enjoy it.'

'The Brick was perfect for our family trip. It was clean, spacious, comfortable beds and fully stocked kitchen. The location was ideal for all of our sightseeing adventures. I highly recommend staying here and would stay here again if we come back to visit!! '

'The place was very clean and had all the amenities listed on the website. This property worked very well for our annual "girls trip". It was a great location to use as a base to go on day trips to explore the eastern part of the U.P. There were a couple of food trucks, a café, and a place to get groceries all within walking distance.'

'The property was exactly as it was described. It is a perfect retreat for two people. They owners literally thought of everything you could possibly need and fit it beautifully into a small space. We particularly loved the two decks and the firepit backing up to a beautiful wooded area. It was a very nice retreat to come home to after exploring the area during the day. The owners were quick to answer any questions and to provide information on the area.'

'Had a great stay at this lake home. Very close to all the Pictured Rocks sites to see. Lots of things to do at the property itself, kids loved kayaking, swimming and fishing off the pier. Also very nice sunrises from the edge of lake.The family has already asked to go back next summer! Would highly recommend for a peaceful, secluded lakeside vacation rental. '
