She walked you through everything and even though she has a 6 hour time difference from the home she is readily available to help with any questions and also has people close by if there is a need (which of course there wasn’t!). My family and I had an amazing time while there! Definitely stay here! You won’t be disappointed!!!'

'This is an attractive, well-laid out house with an extremely accommodating owner. The home is pretty small—great for two or three with very little play area inside for kids—but there are several great outside areas on the deck, around the pool and stream. In terms of accessibility, three steps up to the doorway, a step down to the master bedroom and a step up to the ensuite master bath.'

'We spent the Holiday at Greenwood Lake. This house/rental was perfectly located on the lake. It was a wonderful way to ring in the new year. For this house/rental, it is all about location. The only difficulty we had was the stairs. However, they were worth it for the 3 levels of spectacular views.'

'My husband and I came with our kids (11 and 12) We drove into New York 3 of the 6 days we stayed and got to see SOOO MUCH!!! Recommend the one world observatory, metropolitan museum, and empire state building. On our off days we stayed in Jersey saw the statue of Liberty (for free) and explored the town. There was so much to do we NEVER got bored! I would recommend to anyone!'

'We enjoyed our stay. The location was great for us since we have family nearby. The first floor worked well…the kitchen is up to date and functional. The second floor bed set up wasn’t ideal - the double bed should be set up better to have 3 functional bedrooms. The only other comments are we missed having a w/d and the router signal was weak which affected tv transmission. Overall, we had a very enjoyable visit.'

'I (from Switzerland) was visiting New York with my 15 year old teenager daughter. We used the place mainly just to sleep and for that it was okay. Nothing exceptional, but okay value for money. We were warned by local friends that the area is dangerous, but felt safe walking in and out of Harlem to the city as well as by tube at all times and had a really good time in NYC. Took a while to get the Wlan going due to a wrong password on the webpage, which should be corrected. Had no contact with...
