Villa's in Utah

'Great location just outside the town of Torrey and Capitol Reef National Park. The house was beautiful as well as the property surrounding it which seems to be a working homestead with goats, chickens and mini-horses, all of which the kids will love. There is even a fantastic play area for kids! The only hiccup is EXPEDIA. I had a little communication issue with owner because they were sending me links which Expedia wasn't allowing me to access, I found out from the owner they don't list...

'Amazing property! Excellent layout that allows space to gather, but also enough common areas for people to spread out. Heating the pool was completely worth it- kiddos spent hours in it! Kitchen was the best stocked VRBO that we have ever stayed at. Lots of seasonings and other things that made it feel like home. Home is even nicer than the photos. Very convenient to parks. Hosts were very helpful and responded quickly to questions. Would rent again in a heartbeat! '

'The house was perfect for our group of 22. Each bedroom had an attached bath which was really helpful, with the bunk room having two showers and toilets. It has a laundry room on both levels which is great for such a large group. I worried from the photo’s whether the downstairs kitchen and gathering area would handle to whole group, but it was more spacious than it appeared in the photo’s. 'The host is a vacation rental company. Communication was good. The apartment was clean and seemed to be fairly new on the inside. Directions on how to use the coffee maker and garbage disposal would have been nice. Remote controls and garbage disposal batteries needed replacing. The manager ordered and sent us batteries. There weren't any napkins, plastic wrap, tin foil, plastic bags, cooking spices or olive oil. Only 4 forks and spoons. a few more knives. There was a playpen with toys and...
