'We had high expectations of this accommodation. Based on earlier reviews (maybe this was the case some years ago) we expected a tour through the wine factory and have the possibility to taste and buy some locally produced wines. Unfortunately the place looked abandoned, swimming pool area was outdated (broken chairs and green moisture on the swimming pool walls). 'There are two towns close by that make it perfect for wandering around and grabbing a meal. The staff were so lovely and so kind! We could not have asked for a better start to our trip. The room was large and clean. Breakfast was lovely every morning. If you are looking for a quiet property in a beautiful county this is definitely a great pick! '

"We had a very pleasant stay! The accommodation is beautiful and lies in beautiful surroundings. The personnel was very friendly and helpful. The organised dinners at the hotel were very very good. Sometimes better than nearby restaurants. It was delicious!! Of course, the wines are great too, with the rosé wines as my favourite. My only points of feedback would be that it would be nice that the bar next to the pool is open more hours (as of our stay, it was only open for 1hour between 7 and 8 PM). Some time you just want a nice drink or snack earlier times. Another point I noticed was that the floor in the bedroom was quite dusty upon arrival. I have to say, these 2 points of feedback would not take away my full recommendation for this place. We loved every second of our stay. "
