'The property was absolutely charming. It really had that homey, Italian, Tuscan charm about it. The kids and my husband loved it too. I wish I had planned for more days there. We didn’t have time to partake in the cooking class or truffle hunting, but I guess that just leaves a reason to come back. The location was great too because it’s in the country away from the busy cities, but a close enough drive to all the various Tuscan sites.The owners were very nice and spoke good enough English....

'We have enjoyed our stay tremendously. The house is situated on a high hill, therefore quite cool at night. The owners and caretakers are wonderful. The interior and exterior is done in a traditional and elegant style. All rooms were very clean. The are mosquito screens on all windows. Also shutters. Airconditioning available but even in mid August hardly necessary. Pool is large, clean and very nice. several wonderful and cosy seating area's . We enjoyed the nearby towns of San Gimignano,...

'An excellent stay. Perfect for what we wanted. Pool and facilities were exactly what we needed. A car is vital and whilst Tuscany is all around and very accessible the immediate area is tranquil and secluded. The WiFi was having issues for our stay. Whilst it was perfectly usable for all (including kids on devices during downtime!) the owner acknowledged it needed improving. Great facilities for the children. Table tennis, table football, football pitch all got used with great pleasure. The pool...

'We hebben erg genoten in deze fantastische villa. Het was erg warm tijdens ons bezoek, het prive-zwembad was daarom erg prettig. Kamers zijn ruim en verzorgd. Airco hebben we daarom zeer gewaardeerd. Het is een mooie uitvalsbasis voor bezoeken aan Florence en Toscane. Dat goed met de auto, maar ook met de bus. Bus 23 levert je af in het centrum van Florence. Fijne ontvangst door Jannet en fijne contacten vooraf met Carla.'

'The property is absolutely beautiful with stunning views of the Florence area especially at sunset. Kitchen is fully stocked which made cooking quite easy. The owner is very friendly, flexible and helpful. The pool is well maintained. Bedrooms are air conditioned, but don't get as cold as you might be used to if you are from the US. My family and I had a wonderful stay and would be happy to return again!'
