'After the horrendous stay at doubletree, we decided to stay at Shangri-la again. The check-in was a little finicky but overall the hotel was great. Rooms are clean, smell fresh and the bed is awesome. Food was great and the cleaning personnel are very friendly. We also decided to try the spa out, the staff were friendly although the receptionist there tried to up sell us for more stuff (which didn't work). I recommend this hotel and will be back soon for another stay! '

'A very nice “new” property— the design-both functionally and esthetically were on point!!! Location was down by the port which served me well to use the efficient street cars to get to the sultanahmet area very quickly—much faster than by car— not a whole lot of restaurants real close to hotel —walked up to Taksim quite frequently — but it was …UP .. so only to be attempted by a person with a reasonable level of fitness— i would stay here again '

In fact, all of his colleagues, regardless of their position, were eager to help with a friendly smile. Like a legion of happy efficient helpers, it’s been a long time since I’ve seen this level of meticulous service. There is no other place to stay in Istanbul, regardless of how big or small in your budget is! '

"The Trinity hotel is conveniently located near the Taksim square with a lot of shops and restaurants. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. The room could be a little bit bigger (bed is near the glass door to the balcony) but adequate for a city trip. Bathroom with shower is excellent! Airco works fine. The rooftop terrace is a nice place to stay for a drink with a superb view on the city.

The hotel is located north-west of Taksim Square (450 meter) and within walking distance of e.g. Istiklal street and to the north you will find the Dolmabahçe Palace. Check-in was quick. The hotel reception staff is friendly and welcoming. Our room was spacious with elegant decor and furniture. It features a king-size bed, space for clothing, shoes and dresses. Blackout curtains, and all the amenities you would expect. Downside was the noise from our neighbors. A minibar with sodas and beer. Prices rather high. Some doubts about the functioning of the air conditioning. The bathroom is equipped with all the amenities as you would expect from a 5*-star hotel. The rain shower has a very powerful jet. You'll find soaps, shampoos, and care products readily available. The rooftop shows an overview of the city on 2 sides and there are also 2 jacuzzis available. The breakfast restaurant offers a spacious and decorated environment. Enough choices. An egg station is available. The tables are cleared quickly, and everything is replenished on time. The hotel bar offers a selection of drinks and food. I ordered a small bottle of beer, which cost me 475 TL (about 10 euros). Are there better hotels in Istanbul? Absolutely. Would I recommend this hotel? Yes! The price-to-quality ratio is very good. The location is convenient, the staff is welcoming.This hotel is definitely worth it."
"We stayed at Triada Hotel as a couple with our baby and had a very comfortable and smooth experience. We booked a room with a jacuzzi, which was exactly as expected and a nice way to relax after a long day in the city. The room was cleaned daily, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Air conditioning and WiFi both worked perfectly.
Despite being located right next to the busy Istiklal Street, we didn’t hear any street noise at all from our room – it was surprisingly quiet.
Breakfast was basic but varied, with small changes every day. The breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful, always welcoming us with a smile. In fact, every member of the hotel staff was kind and accommodating – they were always available when we had questions or needed help.
We truly felt well taken care of and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Istanbul due to its central location. "

"This is a new property conveniently located in a quieter part of Besiktas, close to the ferries and buses, making it convenient to get around, but without the noisiness of the central strip. The room itself was huge - a suite with separate sitting room and kitchenette and everything was very clean and well kept. The staff were friendly and as a solo female traveler I felt very safe saying there. Because it’s new there were still some building materials outside on the patio, but as I didn’t use it, this wasn’t a problem. "

"Hotel is echt een 5* hotel met alle luxe, schone kamers, lekker bed en ik zelf had een perfecte uitzicht is op loopafstand van de bekende Taksim square, wat ik wel minder vond is dat je buiten je boekingskosten ook nog eens extra €5,60,- per nacht voor je kamer moest betalen slaat nergens op je betaald al een hoop voor een 5 sterren hotel en dan moet je ook nog eens extra per kamer per nacht betalen, alles kost geld in dit hotel maar buiten dit is het zeker een mooie hotel, ik zou altijd eerst van te voren even bellen met de hotel en zeker zijn wat wel en wat niet zit in je accomodatie, en ze vragen ook extra borg wat ik kan begrijpen alleen de borg die ze kunnen vragen kan wel tot 150 euro oplopen per dag. Verder is het echt een mooie hotel leuke kamers vriendelijke personeel."
