'Excellent home in a safe neighborhood that is walking distance to the beach. Kurt was very responsive and helpful in nature. I really liked Highland Parks neighborhood and the amenities even though it was cold. The kitchen was well stocked with a few snacks and coffee. I loved that the living room was large enough for my two teens and family to hang out in the evenings and watch TV. The home is much larger than it looks and would easily fit two families very comfortably.'

'First of all, Pam and David are execeptional hosts! Very communicative and informative! The house is immaculate and spacious. Bedrooms are generously sized. There is 1 king bedroom (master) on the main floor and it is phenomenal! The pull out couch was comfy. Upstairs slept 7 of our party comfortably! Kitchen is chef's kiss. 'We loved staying at this house! The location was great. The neighborhood is very cute and we enjoyed going on morning walks through it. There are trails that connect to the neighborhood as well. The screened in porches on this house are great. The porches are large and we enjoyed spending time on both of them. The decor and furnishings of the house were beautiful.
