'We've stayed here twice and it's really wonderful. The listing is very accurate. The space is comfortable and well set up for guests. I made a few suggestions after our first visit, and those were implemented before we came for our second visit. Hosts are great and attentive, and the unit is in a quiet area. Highly recommend.'

'My wife and I stayed here for our anniversary and loved it! Although the rental space is only the 2nd floor of the building, it is still very spacious and is about the size of a standard one bedroom apartment. The owner was very communicative and we were given plenty of information before our arrival. The location is also only a short drive (or long walk) from downtown Petoskey, which made it very convenient for us to hop around town.'

'Our family loved our stay here during our children’s Spring Break. We were able to relax and enjoy being in downtown Petoskey. We could step out the door and enjoy all that Petoskey had to offer.'

'The property is fabulous! Easy access on arrival day, spotless and at a fabulous spot for ski in/ski out. Those who didn't ski could put chairs out the back door directly on the ski slope and watch the group using the Disciples 8 chairlift. Kids could check in with parents, grab a bite or a water and head right back out. The house slept all 18 of us in beds - and, all beds were SUPER comfortable. Great sound insulation between floors allowed 3 groups to do what they wished without affecting...

'Easy booking/check-in process. Owner provided very detailed instructions via email/texts prior to our arrival. Studio was meticulously clean, and I loved the stylish ski-themed decor. I appreciated the wall of hooks and ski rack next to the front door. Also, bathroom area had numerous hooks for towels and clothing. Coffee bar area included mini fridge and microwave. The king bed was very comfortable with extra pillows and clean linens. I highly recommend this unit and would definitely stay...

'I needed some peace and quiet to relax. I am so glad that I chose the "Treehouse". The price was affordable, property clean, and the location was within an hour or less of the surrounding areas my sis-in-law and I wanted to visit. We loved passing through the tree lined driveway to find the Treehouse, nestled around the woods. The view of Autumn's vibrant colors from the deck were amazing. The open floor plan welcomes you into a cozy setting. There were stuffed wildlife around the house....

'Had a great stay at this property! I didn’t rent a car and everything was in walking distance. Note to other guests: there are NOT ubers here, but they do have a couple taxi services. You just need to call and request a pickup, but it might a bit of a wait. Great restaurants a short walk away. Comfy bed and very well stocked with nice snacks and had everything you’d need to cook if you wanted to!'

'We came up for our annual ice fishing trip and never stayed in a place like this. It was perfect! We had 15 people in our group and everyone was comfortable and felt at home. I’ll start with the motel, 5 single rooms, 2 double rooms and one room with 3 beds in it (bunk bed included). The rooms were clean, tidy and the beds were crazy comfortable! Everyone got their own bathroom and shower along with personal fridge and microwave. They weren’t too noisy for having someone right next door and they...

'The property was clean, cozy and in a great location. It was just a quick drive to ski at Boyne Mountain and enjoy the water park. We walked a few blocks to explore the cute shops and dine at local establishments. Would definitely stay again!'

'Visited Boyne Mountain and Nub’s Nob. Enjoyed the fresh snow and these two great resorts. The property was exactly as described and is situated in a quiet & rural area. 20 minutes from Boyne Mountain and about 40 to Nub’s. We will be back for our next ski visit.'

'Overall great place to stay and less than 10 minutes from Boyne Mountain. Everything was nicely re-modeled and beautiful. Only issue we had was the oven was brand new and when we used it, it had a burn off which made the place smell for most of our stay. Also the closet on the main floor does not stay locked... unlocks by turning the handle. Also suggest a bed in the loft instead of a pull-out couch. '

'Amazing remodel of the old schoolhouse makes this property really unique. Great amenities and very comfortable. I was able to work from the very nice back porch while my kids were playing inside. The gorgeous back lawn made for a great place for a football game in the evenings. And the location was perfect for walks to the lake or to dinner downtown. Will definitely stay here again!'

'We had a wonderful stay here; would definitely book again. There is a 22 step stairway to reach the apartment. No problem for us but could be for others. It was too cold to use the rooftop deck but it looked so inviting!'
