'Wow, what a place. Gorgeous in every way. Perfect communication from Ana. Impeccably clean. Spacious rooms, most with good air con. Outside spaces are delightful, with a range of different seating options. Lovely clean pool area.Externally, there is good off street parking for one car. There are three small supermarkets within 30 yards of the front door. There’s also two fairly quiet bars and a pizzeria on the opposite side of the street. Other than that the eating options involve a car journey...

'This is a tricky one. I stayed twice on these villas, two night on one week, and another night on the following week. I was assigned two different villas. The experience was completely different from one villa to the other. The orange villa closer to the tennis courts was amazing. Super comfortable, super quiet, spacious. We stayed two nights and it were two great nights of sleep. Even with the storm outside we barely could hear a thing other than the wind outside. The second time around I was...

'Location is amazing. Property even better. One negative is that there is no property parking, so you have to park on the side streets and walk to property. And since its peak of the season, it was impossible to find close parking spot. So we had to drive in circles for hour or so. Google maps was unhelpful since the house is tucked in. But thats how split is, million and one of small intertwined one way streets. Once we found it we had a good laugh because it was so close. Definitely would stay...

'Insgesamt ein angenehmer Aufenthalt. Die Unterkunft ist auch im Winter gut geeignet. Zu beachten sind die vielen Stufen von der Hauptstraße der Innenstadt bis zur Unterkunft, was mit Gepäck etwas mühsam sein kann. Die Wände sind sehr hellhörig, man hört vorbeigehende Personen deutlich. Die Küchenzeile ist funktional, könnte jedoch besser ausgestattet sein. Das Badezimmer ist gut. Im obersten Stock befindet sich eine Schlafcouch; darüber scheint sich das Außengerät der Klimaanlage zu befinden....

'We had a wonderful family gathering at the villa with plenty to do there to suit all ages. Everything was spotlessly clean and our hosts were super helpful. The train station is a few minutes walk away and made it an easy and cheap way to explore the area. The train line does run in front of the villa but the trains didn’t bother us at all. You probably need a car for food shopping but it’s very easy to call a taxi or Uber. I can highly recommend. '

'Well located, clean and beautifully decorated spot only a 12m walk from the ferries that bring you from Havar to Split. Would certainly enjoy staying here again.'
