'We highly recommend this apartment. It is spacious, fully equipped and at a great location (just 3 minutes walk from San Marco). Before booking this place we were hesitant because key pick up is at another location, but it was only a short 7 minute walk and we received clear walking directions. The owners were extremely kind and helpful and gave us ample tips for dining options outside of the touristy areas. They responded very quickly to any questions / requests we had. We hope to return soon. '

'Hele fijne locatie, op loop afstand van de belangrijkste bezienswaardigheden. Heerlijke koffie op de kamer èn bij de receptie. En het was geen hotel zoals bij Expedia op de site vermeld stond, maar een guesthouse. Maar dat deed er eerlijk gezegd niet toe. De gastvrouw was zeer goed bereikbaar.'

'Amazing stay in an amazing accommodation with amazing hosts! Everything about this hotel was perfect, will definitely be back if back in Venice again. Lovely views of the lagoon from the balcony, very relaxing. Beautiful room with 4 poster bed and comfy mattress and sheets. Optional coffee and pastries brought to room every morning at time of your choosing, great way to start day! Very close and convenient for boat taxi stop to all parts of Venice. Easy and quick to San Marco and Burano.'

'Hidden gem inside Venice👌. At first little hard to find the apartment complex but with direct WhatsApp contact everything was explained by the host Elizabeth, she was amazing. The deluxe suite( 2 room )we had was very spacious not like others in Venice , clean and new marble badroom. We wil definitief come back to her.'
