'Lovely, quaint hotel on one of the small canals. The room worked great for my 4-person family and is within eye shot of the main Piazza where all the buses come in so was easy to get to. The breakfast buffet was phenomenal and though it was a separate cost at 15 euro per person, it was well worth it. Everything is really close in Venice so really anywhere on St Lucia is convenient for shopping and sightseeing. Additionally, there are a couple of restaurants right next to the hotel and we enjoyed...

'The location of the hotel is super, also the traditional decor is worthwhile, especially of the breakfast room. There were some electricity problems in our room so we had to call for help several times. It was finally solved on the 2nd day. Also, there was not such a fresh smell in the room. The extra bed for our daughter was there but really hard, not so comfortable. Still, we enjoyed our city trip in beautiful Venice!'

"We had a great stay: clean room, a complimentary bottle of champagne (on ice) in the room, as well as 2 water bottles. The staff was very helpful, kind and can speak several languages fluently. It's literally a 1 minute walk to San Marco square and the staff can help book excursions. Would definitely stay jere again!"
