'This is the best B&B we ever stayed at. Laura, the host is very friendly and organized. The place is conveniently located near Vaperotto stop close to Piazza Roma which makes going to airport or to St.Mark’s place easy. The breakfast was awesome, especially the croissants which Laura baked every morning. The place has an elevator and hence taking luggage to 3rd floor is easy. Our flight to US got delayed by 4hrs. Laura kindly helped in letting us store the luggage for a few hours after checkout...

'Hidden gem inside Venice👌. At first little hard to find the apartment complex but with direct WhatsApp contact everything was explained by the host Elizabeth, she was amazing. The deluxe suite( 2 room )we had was very spacious not like others in Venice , clean and new marble badroom. We wil definitief come back to her.'

In a good location, everything that you would want to do is in perfect walkable distance. Even the places that are further away, it really doesn’t feel all that long while you’re walking through Venice. '

'Classy, elegant and modern yet with all the Venetian charm retained. Staff were excellent. Well done Larissa, Joelle, Alexandra. A bit of a walk to Realto Bridge (25 minutes) and San Marco Square (35 minutes) but lots of activity nearby and ideal for those not looking to be in the main tourist centre. '

'Dagelijks vroeg het personeel naar je dagbesteding en gaf tips en routes aan. Het ontbijt was keurig verzorgd en genoeg keuze. De kamer werd dagelijks schoongemaakt en voorzien van nieuw beddengoed en handdoeken.

"4 stars is what this place deserved.
It’s an 2 star hotel and has a really nice location to dine at a non touristic restaurant(and thus more authentic food). The area cannaregio is the best for these type of places and has amazing seafood.
Hotel itself is okay, we had triple room with shared bathroom. Room was alright, a bit on the small side but I can’t imagine bigger rooms in Venice. We got towels(which I didn’t expect) and keys to the room and building. Everything was explained nice by a really staff member. She was really sweet and answered all our questions.
Shared bathroom was okay honestly I don’t prefer it but we and 1 other room were there when we was in Venice so we had no waiting lines.
Location is perfect for the food(as mentioned), walking (Venice is really walkable) and if you want to take the boat it’s 5min walk.
It’s everything you expect from a 2 star hotel, rooms is what you expect from older building and staff was really sweet!

"Het hotel ligt op een gunstige locatie. Het personeel heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Kamers worden goed bijgehouden.
Het ontbijt ( welliswaar bij hun partner hotel) was van goede kwaliteit en ruime keuze.
De airco was zeer aangenaam met de warmte. Het enige nadeel van dit verblijf is dat het hotel geen bar heeft waar je in de avond even een drankje kan doen als afsluiting van de dag , of voordat men gaat slapen. Al met al is ons verblijf hier zeer prettig en aangenaam geweest !"
