We were there with Christmas time, so the nice terrace on the 3rd floor was too cold, but stil comfortable. Cleaning and housekeeping were excellent and the surprize is the weather forecast for the next day on your sleeping pillow. "The location of the hotel is super, also the traditional decor is worthwhile, especially of the breakfast room.
There were some electricity problems in our room so we had to call for help several times. It was finally solved on the 2nd day.
Also, there was not such a fresh smell in the room.
The extra bed for our daughter was there but really hard, not so comfortable.
Still, we enjoyed our city trip in beautiful Venice!"
