We sent them and they sent the door code and another document with the code stating that no tax was imposed during the date of our stay. After checking out we started receiving texts saying we never submitted our documents or paid the fees. They were very rude and unfriendly '

The location is perfect. 3 min walk from the water buss stop, 5 min walk to San Marco piazza and 10 min to Rialto bridge. In front of the hotel you can get a gondola. I’d love to go there again. '

Great location with a short walk to St Mark's square but far enough away it was kind of quiet. Was plenty of space for 5 of us. It was a 3 or 4 minute walk to St Marco square. A couple minute walk to the water bus or water taxi’s. Only a few steps to bakeries & restaurants etc. The people running the hotel were very responsive to any questions we had during our stay. All of our luggage was lost for a few days while in Venice & they were very accommodating to...

Plus: location 2min walk from Bridge of Sighs, good aircon, good bed, properly functioning fridge.
Min: shower head should be replaced.

"The location of the hotel is super, also the traditional decor is worthwhile, especially of the breakfast room.
There were some electricity problems in our room so we had to call for help several times. It was finally solved on the 2nd day.
Also, there was not such a fresh smell in the room.
The extra bed for our daughter was there but really hard, not so comfortable.
Still, we enjoyed our city trip in beautiful Venice!"
