'This was a perfect location. We had a beautiful room with a view of a canal, walking distance to all the main attractions, but off the beaten path just slightly great restaurants and shopping nearby and the hotel itself the staff was outstanding. Very friendly, breakfast was wonderful in the morning, staff gave us directions to different things really can’t say enough about this hotel. It was just recently renovated so the accommodations are finished so beautifully.'

'I stayed here for the second time. Very large and clean room. Bed large and good. Separate bathroom also large and clean. No noise. Only the pillows quite hard to my taste. Breakfast satisfactory. Nice staff who respect your privacy. '

'Es un pequeño hotel mas que bonito ,10 min de la plaza caminando pero con la tranquilidad de alejarte de las masas , con una parada a 3 minutos del vaporetto , con llegada autónoma , con restaurantes a una cuadra en una calle hermosa y muy tranquila , es mucho más lindo que lo que ves en las fotos . 'Very close to St. Mark's Basilica, and yet worlds away, Charming House IQs is a lovely apartment to stay in when visiting Venice. The staff was incredibly helpful in helping to arrange arrival and departure, and helpful with suggestions. The apartment's furnishings are a little dated, but still very clean and comfortable.'

'Cosy and characteristic hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Neat rooms with all the needed accessories. The breakfast is till 12 h which was great for late sleepers. The location is perfect. 3 min walk from the water buss stop, 5 min walk to San Marco piazza and 10 min to Rialto bridge. In front of the hotel you can get a gondola. I’d love to go there again. '
