'My stay here was wonderful! We were greeted by TJ, the very kind host, who immediately made us feel welcome and at home. The property itself was gorgeous, with a peaceful atmosphere that made it easy to relax. Our room was spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I came for the Oasis show at the Rose Bowl, and my biggest concern was parking—because who wants to deal with that awful traffic before and after the show? TJ had the perfect solution....

'Juan is one of the most nicest hosts I have ever met. Communication was very easy and he is a very nice person. The location was perfect and the place was clean and had everything we needed. I definitely recommend this place is you need a place to stay in L.A.'

'Made a great choice choosing this place. Beautiful safe neighborhood. Very quiet peaceful. We slept great 3 nights were there. King bed was super comfortable. Shower was fantantic. Very hot and drops buckets of water. '

'Leuk huisje/appartement en aardige hosts. De collectie eigengemaakte bijzondere jams en de lekkere croissants maken elk ontbijt een feestje. Goede uitval basis voor omgeving Pasadena en verder en zolang je niet naar het zuidwesten gaat merk je niks van Los Angeles ;) Prijs zou wat milder mogen.'

'I stayed here for three nights. The unit was as pictured—small but comfortable, clean enough, and the bed was good. It’s a simple setup with just a microwave (no range or oven), which was fine for a short stay; kind of like a very nice dorm room.A couple of issues made the experience less pleasant, though. The entrance to the Vrbo is through the backyard, which wasn’t an issue at first. However, after I’d already settled in, three large dogs began roaming the yard, often unsupervised. They...

'Das Haus ist wirklich schön, ein toller Pool und ein schöner Grill sind vorhanden. In den Nächten war es etwas laut, da die Klimaanlage vom Nachbarn oft einschaltet, dafür kann ja aber der Vermieter nichts. Ansonsten war es ein toller Urlaub und ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge.'

'The host canceled our stay on the same day of arrival due to plumbing issues. I was just a little disturbed with still being charged a large amount. Just an admonishment to those reading my review, beware of scams. I am not saying that is what this was, but it is very possible. I am not a happy Expedia customer right now!'

'I am working on the Pacific Palisades fire and rented this place from Kathy who is wonderful and very accommodating. My work schedule is from 6am - 7pm 7 days a week. But Kathy made sure the check in fit my schedule. Everything in the place was top notch and there was a supply of a few items like coffee,mouthwash and even a few cans of food. All the appliances were very new, and I couldn’t have found a better place to rest my weary head every night. THANKS KATHY!!!!!'

"The hotel is completely new and modern. The lobby is on the 70th Floor with a magnificent view of the LA downtown skyline. The rooms are spacious and tidy. Staff is very friendly. Only minor point of comment is the not complete (at the time of booking via Expedia) transparency about the additional costs."
