'All of the amenities were very dirty. Hot tub and pizza oven look like they are never cleaned and there was a load of dirty dishes in the dishwasher when we arrived. The house interior was fine and comfortable and self check in was easy. However the heavy advertising around the amenities are a bait and switch.'

'My husband and I loved clouds cabin. It was even more beautiful in person than it was in the pictures. The views from the deck are amazing, and it’s very quiet, peaceful, and comfortable. The waterfall hike is not on a public trail, so you even have that all to yourself. The cabin was spotlessly clean, and I had to do some schoolwork while we were there but the internet connection was great. 'Very welcoming home. It was a great place to relax and enjoy time with our family. It served as a perfect “base camp” for hikes at Shenandoah National Park. The home owner has provided additional amenities (soap, shampoo, k-cups, games,…) which was an added bonus. We really enjoyed our stay.'
