'When you enter the property; amazing! very beautiful. However if you market yourself as a family friendly hotel and you cannot offer hot water at night for a formule bottle, or any baby friendly food, im not very sure. The first we got with our 15 months old had a bathroom outside, without any closed of door. We asked for an upgrade (which we paid) as we thought it would have a bathtub. Seemed it was not connected but just put as decoration. Strange. Simply put; rooms were a bit too primitive...

'Paying the daily national park fee and figuring out where to enter and exit were a pain, but once we got the hang of it, not bad. Beach was full of seaweed; that way all along coast, even Cancun. Tulum Ruins was my favorite, above Chichen Itza! Food excellent at resort and every where else. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful.'

'Perfect location, but a pity that there was too much seaweed. The hotel does a lot to remove it, but in our case it was impossible to enter the water. Appartments are very nice, but when you are a light sleeper, ask for a room that is not close to the road behind. For us it was no problem. '

'This was a hidden gem. I’ve come to tulum about seven times and this place I will definitely be back to. The surroundings are breathtaking and the free breakfast is definitely a bonus. There are so many good restaurants within walking distance. I highly recommend staying here.'

'Everything was beautiful! Staff went above and beyond to make me feel safe and comfortable. This hotel is inside a National Park so you'll need wristbands daily (don't forget!). You'll pay once when you arrive, only $7 USD. A LOT of wildlife as the hotel is built around the park but still beautiful, small and cozy! Food was great too!'

'We Stayed 20 days. The kind staff, breakfasts and morning yoga with Sol were amazing. However, I wish the place focus more on welnes as they claim. ​The daytime atmosphere was unbearable. Deafening party music blasted by the pool from 11 AM to 8 PM daily. It was impossible to relax. We, and other guests, were forced to escape to nearby cenotes just to find peace. ​We complained multiple times. Zero improvement. Management claimed loud music increases spending. The reality? It drove everyone...

'Dj vibe was Vegas style which we loved! Staff was very attentive and friendly, loved our treehouse for the price they had a complementary breakfast, which was great! We celebrated my husband‘s birthday, and they decorated our room. Also we celebrated anniversary at the same time and they decorated our room for $250. One complaint which wasn’t their fault is that there was a lot of seaweed on the beach I wish I would’ve known. Best time to visit is between mid October till March to avoid that....

'Everything was exceptional. Clean, quiet and friendly! Very tropical almost like staying in a tree house. However it is seaweed season and the ocean was unusable because it was excessive and had an odor. The food was delicious as were the drinks. The area has many high end restaurants with entertainment.
