The pool is huge and clean and so refreshing...and there are two hot pools as well...and all day coffee and tea and iced fruit waters...the cabanas are spacious and clean and comfortable and be sure to ask for the cabana with its own hot tub...worth it...we will be back....a five star experience for sure...and they give out robes and slippers and towels for an added comfortable experience!'

'FOH and F&B staff were great. Shout out to Alonzo and Jeff at Truss. Top notch. Disappointing that Auro ( Michelin star) is not open Sunday through Wednesday. Pool on Sunday, next to no service, had to put up umbrella and get towels. Kids pool for kids 1year -to 15 years is 30" deep and was 94 degrees. Asked if there was a problem with the heater , never got an answer. Asked if the kids could cool off in the other pool ( it was 84) steps and got the brush off. Watched the pool bartender...
