Beeldschoon huis ... zorgvuldig gerenoveerd. Geliefd bij gasten die keer op keer komen. Dit huis in de stad heeft slechts 2 weken geopend. ALS JE FERRY TICKETS ZOU REEDS VERKOCHT, VRAAG ONS OVER TICKETS BESCHIKBAAR VOOR OVERDRACHT TIJDENS ONZE 2 OPEN WEKEN. De tweede verdieping van dit huis biedt plaats aan een gezin van 5 in drie slaapkamers, terwijl de eerste verdieping een slaapkamer en een bad heeft voor gasten zoals oma en opa.

Dit klassieke huis in Cape Cod-stijl ligt in een rustige wijk in de stad, op een ontspannen wandeling van het centrum van Vineyard Haven. Verlaat de auto op de oprit en loop naar de stad voor een kopje koffie, ontbijt, lunch, diner, winkelen, bioscoop of om een bus te nemen naar een van de andere eilandsteden.

De eerste verdieping biedt een ruime woonkamer met open haard, een kaart of een speeltafel en kabel-tv. De eetkamer opent in een nieuwe keuken, glanzend met granieten aanrecht en roestvrijstalen apparaten. Voor het gemakkelijk buiten eten, de keuken komt uit op een prive en mooi aangelegde, hardhouten terras met tafel / stoelen / paraplu en BBQ grill. Om de hoek is een afgesloten buitendouche voor een snelle spoeling na een dag vol zand op het strand.

Hardhouten vloeren lopen door het hele huis, met inbegrip van de bovenverdieping. Slaaparrangementen bieden drie slaapkamers en een complete badkamer / douche op de tweede verdieping. Op de begane grond is een vierde slaapkamer met een aangrenzende badkamer en een ruime douche ... ideaal voor oma en opa of gasten die behoefte hebben aan stille ruimte.

Centrale airconditioning en WI-FI. In de buurt is de openbare bibliotheek met een groot gedeelte voor kinderen voor indoor entertainment op regenachtige dagen. Voor de sportievolle reiziger is de golfbaan Mink Meadow de weg op en de VH Yacht Club ligt een paar straten verderop. De mooie Farm Neck Country Club biedt 's middags openbare spelen en ligt op minder dan 10 km afstand. Downtown Vineyard Haven biedt auto-, fiets- en bromfietsverhuur en toegang tot het eilandbrede aan / uit-bussysteem.

Op Martha's Vineyard zult u zich meteen thuis voelen op het moment dat u aankomt. Kom en verblijf voor een week die je nooit zult vergeten!

Notities: Dit is een zaterdag tot zaterdag wekelijkse verhuur. Vanaf 1/01/2019 geldt er voor alle vakantiewoningen in MA een nieuwe staatstaksbelasting.

We just returned from our trip to MV for summer 2024 and stayed at this house for the 2nd year in a row. We loved it so much last year, we had to come back. The location is perfect for access to all areas on the island. The house is clean and the communication with Karen/check in process couldn't be easier! we will be back again!

Large, Lovely Home in Perfect Condition

Lovely home in perfect condition, absolutely spotless, with all the amenities. We are a family of five, including a tween, a teen, two parents, and a grandma, and this place felt larger than we needed. It was great to have one bedroom on the first floor for grandma and wonderful to have linens and beach towels provided. Also, the listing doesn't mention all the beach equipment in the shed (beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys, etc.) Very helpful as we could not have fit beach chairs into our car (or the linens). Also it's a nice touch to leave coffee for visitors. Highly recommended!

Wonderful stay!

My family (2 adults, 2 kids under 3) traveled with our friends (2 adults + 1 year old) to this property. We had an amazing stay. The home was clean and welcoming. It had all the amenities we needed- kitchen stocked with appliances and extras. The location can’t be beat- 10 min walk to downtown Vineyard Haven. We have stayed in many different properties and locations on MV over the years and this was one of the best. Would definitely return!

A comfortable, relaxing place to stay

We had a great trip to Vineyard Haven! The house had everything we could need. It was comfortable and clean—a cool retreat after a hot beach day. It’s close enough to walk to town but tucked away from the chaos. It’s an easy jumping off point to explore many places in the island. The perfect house!

Everything about this house was absolutely perfect for our stay in MV! We traveled with our 2 young kids and their grandma so the private bedroom and bathroom for grandma could not have been better! The house was beautiful, spacious, and comfortable. The kids loved playing on the back patio! We walked to town and to the little beach perfect for kids every day! We stayed at the property August 8-15 2020. The house was just as we hoped, very clean, nicely appointed, and stocked with quality items. Kitchen had whatever you might need… knives big enough to cut up a watermelon safely, salt/pepper and other spices. The central A/C worked well and made sleeping easy. The outdoor area was great for reading a book while others showered after the beach. Walking distance to Vineyard Haven. One person had to work from the house for 3 days. The WiFi did the job. The property manager did everything she could to make it a happy stay.

This house was a great location. Very close to town but yet very quiet and serene. The house was spotless. Communication by the owner, Karen, was excellent before our stay and throughout our stay. This property was in the perfect location. The distance to town was easily walkable and quite necessary after all the delicious food available . The home was pristine upon checking in,. The neighborhood was quiet but not isolated. All the comforts of home were available. The patio was a lovely retreat as well. Easy to get to Oak Bluffs by car and a gorgeous scenic drive to the other towns. The abundance of nature trails, water activities, sightseeing will easily fulfill the active vacationers needs. Plenty of quiet beaches available for reading, rest and relaxation as well.

Charmer in a Great Location

The property was well-maintained, newly renovated with lovely decor. The house was very clean and comfortable with plenty of room for everyone. We were 7 total. Easy access to town and beaches.
