Aangepaste woning met veel voorzieningen. Mooi ingericht. Prachtige interieurs met natuurlijke houtwerk, eiken vloeren, dek, grote beschutte tuin. Privacy. Er zijn 3 slaapkamers; 2 met een queen size bedden, en 1 met een tweepersoonsbed en een stapelbed. Er zijn 2 badkamers, 1 complete badkamer met een bad / douche combinatie en 2 wastafels, de andere is een 3/4 bad met een douche en 1 wastafel. ****


Ferry tickets zijn de verantwoordelijkheid van de huurder. moet je vooruit te plannen en de aankoop van uw ferry tickets vroeg.

Great location

Quiet comfortable stay. The house has everything you need. Good location to all things on the island. The pool is close and nice for the kids. Communication and access very easy.

Another great stay!

This is our second stay in this sweet house. Once again, everything was exactly as we expected. The new washer and new couches were a nice surprise! Communication with the host was smooth, fast and friendly. The deer who visited us were awesome too! Great location, close to VH but still feels secluded. And proximity to trails for hiking and biking can’t be beat.

The rental is tired needs updating . I need to keep up on cleaning the showers. There was a lot of hair. The water would not go down a lot of insects to the point where we could not sleep for three days waiting for the owner to send the past person experience was two out of 10.

Fantastic home

Our stay at this West Tisbury home was extremely comfortable and enjoyed by each member of our family. There was enough room for our boys to spread out and for the adults to have space too. The house was very clean and well appointed. I am a stickler about odors and the house smelled clean as a whistle! The beds were comfortable and the pillows and blankets provided were also very clean. We appreciated the location -- away from vehicular noise and in the middle of nature. Yet, we were 10-20 or 30 minutes from everywhere we wanted to go. We really enjoyed the house!

Central and spacious!

Spacious and clean house very central on the island. Kids loved the bunk room, and the separate bedroom/bath downstairs was great for auntie. We loved the huge pool access which was a short and pleasant walk, and usually quite empty. The tennis court wasn’t really useable as it needed to be sweeped. We did need to rent sheets/towels and purchase basic necessities like hand soap and laundry detergent. Bikes were great, and the bike trail was easily accessible from the house! Overall great stay and we hope to be back!

Our third stay at this home

This was our third summer staying at Rich’s house. It’s a very comfortable house. Kitchen is set up really well for cooking. Access to the pool is great. Rich is very prompt communicating about any issue. Beds are very soft (but that works for us). We will likely return for a 4th summer!

Quiet peaceful stay onnthe Vineyard

The property was exactly as described. Peaceful quiet neighborhood. Spacious house and great outside space. A bit too early for the pool but it was clean and ready to use. Mid Island - easy to get to all the towns and beaches. Great stay. We will be back.

Perfect location and lovely house

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. The living room was spacious and comfortable with plenty of room for 6 people. The dining area had nice bay windows and the kitchen had everything needed. Having access to Lambert's Cove is great as well as having a pool in walking distance. West Tisbury is a great location a short distance to everything on the island.

Fantastic property!

Fantastic property, offering a secluded getaway 20 minutes from everywhere! Rich is a gracious and accommodating host and we have enjoyed multiple stays here. The house is comfortable and well appointed and the pool is an added bonus!

West Tisbury with a pool

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. There was lots of room in the house, and the yard and community pool were great. My son especially loved the outdoor shower! It was also nice to have the chance to go to Lambert's Cove. There were a few things that needed to be addressed while we were there, but Rich was very responsive and did his best to make our stay enjoyable.

Great place! We’ve been going to the vineyard for a few years now and this is the best by far. It was spotless as well. Rich was great at communicating too! Loved it, hope to come back year for years to come.

Owner Very Responsive

We had a couple of minor issues but Owner (Rich) was very responsive. We had a very enjoyable stay and the association pool was very accessible, clean and quiet. Location was great. Easy access to everything on Island. Looking forward to coming back next year!

Great location-quiet yet close to town

We loved staying here- we visit in the fall when the island is quieter. The description of this house was accurate, and the host responded to a couple of questions we had in a very timely way. Perfect spot for bike riding, run and hiking!

Great Getaway

This house is in a lovely, secluded spot next to the woods. The deck is very large and there were multiple grills. The interior is very tasteful with beautiful woodwork. A great bonus is the community pool which was still open in September and no one else was using it!

Seclusion & Convenience in West Tis

Perfect vacation setup. Centrally located, yet super-private. We loved the open-plan lower level - skylights and windows opening onto deck allow you to appreciate the secluded forest surroundings. Kitchen was well-stocked. Community pool was a fun bonus - huge, empty and well-maintained! Good communication prior to check-in. We'll be back!

Country house at the beach

Rich was a great communicator and the house is a lot of space for the price. The kitchen is set with all the pans and utensils you need, and the use of the pool (which is huge!) is a big bonus. The central location on the island allows you to explore it from end to end, while getting away from the tourists at the end of the day to your own quiet little refuge.

Nice stay in W. Tisbury

Had a very nice stay at Rich’s house in West Tisbury. We have 4 young children, so we wanted something a bit more rural. It fit our needs for the week, and it was close to several beaches and restaurants. Rich was great to deal with and very available for any questions. Can’t wait to come back!

Great location

Quiet , beautiful setting in Tisbury. We rode bikes almost every morning to the bakery, went running on the trails, relaxed by the pool after a day at one of the many beaches within driving distance. House rental agreement included the ability to purchase a pass the beautiful Lambert's Cove .Wonderful Week!

Great Vineyard Home

We stayed here for a week over the July 4th holiday. We had a wonderful time. The house is great, it has a great open floor plan on the first floor with a master bedroom, with two additional bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. The yard is spacious and private (had several deer visit which was nice) and there is a good grill to use. The kitchen is also very well equipped, there are pots/pans for anything you might want to cook, good knives, cutting boards, etc. We cooked in a lot and there was everything we needed. Best of all there is a community pool available which was great for my daughter. Rich was an excellent host, very responsive when answering questions and he even sent a gift card for a seafood store. We have already booked to come back next year!
