'The front desk staff member was amazing and the hotel was very nice. '

'This was a very pleasant experience. I travel often for work and personal. The grounds look like a townhouse or condo development. Staff was accommodating, room was clean, well kept like a nice studio apartment. Full breakfast basic but good. The only things concerning was the room was on the second level of the townhouse, no elevator. This should have been better communicated also they require a $500 deposit which apparently They send notice via an email sometime before you visit.'

'We could not get our heat to work and when I asked to check it. They wanted to come in when we were getting up to leave. We checked out that afternoon. Since it was after 11am I was charged for the 2nd night which I understand. Not sure I would stay there next time.'

'Room was recently updated and was clean. Location is convenient to restaurants and shopping. Seemed to be occupied by more “residents” than guests but that’s what you get at the price point.'

'We were told that house keeping would be every other day.....not the we had to ask for towels daily....only time the room was serviced was on the 3rd day about 3pm.....we left Monday.......some staff were very helpful while others were busy in the back office and kept us and phone calls waiting....we will never stay at this hotel again'
