'A bit run down, nobody really there to serve guests.
My bill was $1000 more than what we actually spent in 2 day stay, it took an hour for them to correct the $1900 extra they charged for a “helicopter ride” that never happened or was ordered.
They never gave me my final bill at all and made me pay to leave on the boat. Pretty awful service but a pretty island.'
'Staff was very helpful and nice. The food was good. New management is only reason I’m not giving a 4 or 5 star. They cut corners and advertise things that are borderline false advertisement. Basically just providing the bare minimum when they could spend an extra few dollars and make the stay so much better. Overall, staff and food are great, management is terrible. Unfortunately, we will be staying elsewhere on our next trip to Fiji.'
'Fantastic rooms (better than the photos suggest!) and staff. The drinks were great, and very generously portioned. The excursions were consistently lovely, especially to the private island which we found amazing.

Main issues were that the food tended towards being a little overcooked, and the main pool was out of order for our whole stay with no discount or similar offered. Overall though, the hotel and staff were great and we'll probably come back.'
