'Excellent experience. From check in where we were greeted with cold tea, very clean rooms though on small size (as advertised on the room description) beautiful design and materials. Very attentive staff. Great location near central market and temples in Chinatown. Lively area. Our corner room looked out over the intersection. Amenities including gym were very high quality. Restaurant was great as well. '

Hotel staff is very friendly, good food at the breakfast restaurant so this is a nice way to start your day.
At the checkin I was upgraded to the 18th floor, the view was fantastic.

'De voorzieningen als douche en toilet zijn netjes. Het matras was erg dun, waardoor het vrij hard en oncomfortabel was. Daarnaast lieten de kamers ondanks dat ze afgesloten waren van elkaar veel geluid door. Al met al prima voor een paar nachten.'

"The hotel was clean, but I did expect a bit more. The air conditioning wasn’t really adjustable and was very noisy, as was the ventilation system in the room. The rooms were poorly soundproofed — we could hear the neighbors making phone calls. We had to ask for toilet paper and other supplies a few times, as they weren’t restocked during cleaning. On the bright side, it’s in a great location, and the staff were very friendly and helpful."
