'We enjoyed a wonderful stay in the 'Nauti' Shepherd's hut. It was so cosy, warm, clean and immaculately presented. The bed was super comfortable and everything we could have needed was provided. A great location, with a peaceful and relaxing countryside setting. Great communication from the hosts. We will definitely be back in the future. Highly recommended for a cornish get away. '

Restaurant ran out of some menu items by the time we could eat. Food was meh. This hotel is farther away from city center and to get to more eating places is about 20 minute walk. 'We arrived at the hotel late and upon arrival had a sign saying under renovations. No pool/spa/gym/food. Room was ok. However interconnecting door unlocked which puzzled the staff as to why we would want to lock it. 2nd night bar then closed and had to request more milk pots as no laundry service/restock had taken place. Overall disappointed with the stay and feel it should be closed during renovations. The resort could be amazing but needs a lot of repairs. For what was a basic room...

'Fantastic hotel in a lovely spot and not far from Padstow or Port Isaac etc.. The rooms were clean and well equipped with comfy (if slightly soft) beds, a Dyson fan if required and even Sky TV! Staff were very helpful and efficient. The gym was very well equipped despite being small and the spa facilities were excellent. I had a Cowshed Spa treatment which was very thorough and relaxing.
