'This visit was not as good as my prior stay. Room was stuffy with poor internet connection on the tv. Staff made customers wait to be seated for breakfast even though it was half empty. Took a long time to get my check in the bar. Only 2 people checking in guests on a busy Saturday so there was quite a line. Breakfast food was great and bar drinks were great.'

'The accommodation was on a wonderful spot near the Disney Hollywood studio and you can travel by boat, it is good isolated we didn’t hear any traffic although our room was near the street at floor 1. The reception was very friendly and welcomed us very late in the middle of the night.
The only thing we would suggest that the pillows are very thick and hard and there are only blankets on the bed so for me that was a little bit chilly and we put off the airco to be a bit warmer.'

'When I booked our hotel, I booked a king sized bed. When we checked in, they said they didn’t have a king available. (I had already paid for this in full). Kept saying that the room with 2 queens was nicer and that we would like it better . Offered me a $50 refund. Again, said how the room was on a high floor and we’d like it more. The bathroom door was broken and very hard to open and I found candy wrappers on the floor.'

'Goed hotel met goede voorzieningen. Op loopafstand van Disney springs. Goed uitzicht. Enige punt van aandacht was de badkamer, als je de deur opende loop je meteen tegen het toilet aan. En als je douche handdoek op de grond ligt wordt deze door de deur aan de kant geschoven. Niet heel erg handig maar verder prima verblijf. Voor herhaling vatbaar. '
