'Overall a very beautiful hotel. Room’s were nice at the surface, but our toilet wasn’t working properly. Then, maintenance left all their tools in the room after they’d finished fixing it and when we tried notifying a staff member that was in the hallway, he just told us he wasn’t part of that crew so he couldn’t help. Had higher expectations. Have had a better experience at Swan and Dolphin.'

He repeatedly insisted that I did not have a reservation, despite me showing him my confirmation email. Even after reviewing the confirmation, he claimed there was an issue because I had booked through a third-party site. 'The resort was amazing it was well worth the experience and my hope is that if I am ever denied entry it is because someone else is getting to experience it for the first time. Bad weather may mess up plans however the hotel’s amenities makes you forget the weather inconvenience. My one drawback is that the house coffee was horrible…'

'The accommodation was on a wonderful spot near the Disney Hollywood studio and you can travel by boat, it is good isolated we didn’t hear any traffic although our room was near the street at floor 1. The reception was very friendly and welcomed us very late in the middle of the night. The only thing we would suggest that the pillows are very thick and hard and there are only blankets on the bed so for me that was a little bit chilly and we put off the airco to be a bit warmer.'

'Goed hotel met goede voorzieningen. Op loopafstand van Disney springs. Goed uitzicht. Enige punt van aandacht was de badkamer, als je de deur opende loop je meteen tegen het toilet aan. En als je douche handdoek op de grond ligt wordt deze door de deur aan de kant geschoven. Niet heel erg handig maar verder prima verblijf. Voor herhaling vatbaar. '

'Zeer vriendelijk personeel en fijne ruime kamers. Schoonmaak is oke. Shuttels naar Disneyworld is drama. Je moet reserveren wat niet helemaal werkt en er worden oude bussen gebruikt. Ontbijt is weer perfect geregeld. '
