'The property management team that manage this room were very responsive and attentive. The room was very clean, accommodating, renovated and thoughtful. Comfortable bed and liked having control of A/C or Heat and an extra space heater. Having an updated bathroom and full kitchen was great. The only complaint that I had, that wouldn’t give my stay 5 stars, is the television was not working/connecting to the WiFi to stream any channels. WiFi was spotty for one day as well. 'This place is a hidden gem! My buddy and I had to travel from Florida for work, after staying at some of the hotels we decided to try this property and what a breath of fresh air! The host is incredibly accommodating as I’ve had to extend my stay a few times and am extremely thankful for them! If you are ever in the area absolutely stay here, you won’t regret it, and the downtown area is perfectly located. Thankyou guys again for all the help and assistance!!!'

'This place was very clean and Michael was great, answering all my questions quickly. check in was simple just a code to get in it was very updated and the beds were very comfortable. It was close to Yale and to some great pizza places'

'Great little downtown apartment! Small - good for up to two people. Nicely appointed and decorated, great sectional sofa, big TVs where we wanted them. Host was kind and helpful and accommodating. Location is pretty much across State St from the State Street RR Station, a block and a half from the Green, and near everything. Orange Street (half a block away) has a ton of bars and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay!'

'Property was great except a few things. The bedroom set up was kinda scary. Especially since there aren’t locks on the doors. Also getting in and out of the tub was dangerous. I understand that it is a vintage situation but the step out was nerve wrecking. WiFi very weak in back bedroom. However, the amenities were out of this world! I couldn’t have been more impressed with the bathroom toiletries. Parking and location were great.'

When I messaged the host, they stated that there were working radiators on the property, which there were not, and after more messages back and forth, it became clear that we were receiving AI responses. These were confusing and frustratingly unhelpful, and eventually the host stopped responding.I received my money back in May after filing a dispute...
