Check in through Expedia was overly complex and took way too much time. 1 hr early check in and 1 hr late check out both denied due to cleaner schedule—not a catastrophe but also not ideal. Rooms have small in-wall heaters with separate manual thermostats for each. 'I loved my stay here. Got a free upgrade and loved my view over the bustling streets of Fremont, such a nice area of Seattle, alot better than downtown. Bathrooms and the room were very clean. Only thing i missed was better lightning as it is pretty dark in the room. Staff was also very nice although its only the cleaners you see as there is no reception, you get a code to access the hotel. Would defenitly stay here again.'

'Rooms were immaculate. There are no refrigerators in the room which seemed odd. The coffee service in the room was a bit lame but there is a great coffee shop attached to the lobby and it opens at 6:30 and you can charge it to your room. The location is perfect especially if you are going to the Neptune theatre for a show. It’s steps away from the Neptune. View of Seattle and the mountains is fabulous. But other than that, I really had a great experience at Harry Potter Suites! '

'Pros: comfortable bed. Clean unit. Great to have laundry onsite. Cons: The check-in process is a hassle and intrusive. You must carry your luggage up multiple flights of stairs. This is a room in a shared space. The walls are paper-thin, and guests have parties until 2 am. The unit was cold and never got warm enough. There is nowhere to sit in your room other than on the bed. It's also a food desert. There is very little to eat within a 10-minute walk.'

'Staff was professional and my room was on the 3rd floor but was worth it. Everything was nicely stocked When I stay next time I must remember to go in through the front door lot get to the stairs. All in all a wonderful stay!!'
