'I asked for a non-smoking room and what I got was a room that smelled like cigarette. I had to go buy and spray the room to make it smell better but worked temp. I asked to change my room, and they said they couldn't until the next day at 3pm. I was temping to sleep in my car just to avoid the odor. I will avoid this motel at all costs especially if you are a non-smoker. '

'The bartenders at the hotel bar that worked Saturday night (young guy ) and (young hispanic female) really made the hotel experience 10x better for us. The hotel is nice but not much going on so the fact that they went the extra mile to entertain and be friendly really made the stay better for us. The food was really good I’d recommend this hotel if you are with family or just need to relax .'

Cleanliness was on point—everything felt fresh and well-maintained. The location was super convenient, close enough to action but still chill and accessible. Highly recommend for a comfy stay.'

'First off, the desk clerk could not find my Expedia reservation and was not helpful in resolving my problem. We ended up paying for 2 nights AGAIN with the hopes that Expedia would refund my money. This hotel is being renovated. The 1 working elevator was sketchy. Our room (suite) was newly renovated and nice but hot. We called the desk for towels (bathroom was short wash cloths) and we had to go back down to the front desk ourselves to get them. I have stayed at many Hampton hotels and this is...
