'Kay is an outstanding host. The house was clean and accurately described. Kay has little touches that really make you feel at home. The beds are so comfy and the dogs loved the fenced in yard. Private and well kept. The view is also incredible. Cannot say enough about this place or Kay! Outstanding!'

'The stay at the Bungalow was one of the highlights of our visit to Summerville. It was quiet, clean and very safe. We had everything we needed. I highly suggest you walk the grounds of Linwood or ask for a guided tour as we did. It was very informative. You are also within walking distance to historic downtown Summerville. Would definitely stay here again.'

'We enjoyed staying at this beautiful condo. It was very spacious. We only had a couple complaints. The fridge didnt get very cold. The neighbor that was next to us his dog barked all night. There was also a man that was harassing us throughout the stay also talking to me 12 year old while she was outside. He seemed to be drunk but lives there. The condo its self was perfect! My family had a great 4th of July staying here. '

'The property was exceptionally clean and well cared for. We didn’t take advantage of most of the amenities due to our plans but the location is quiet and peaceful and the patio is so inviting! Communication with the host was straightforward and very friendly. We were never left wondering what to do for check-in or anything like that. Check-out was very easy, too. Rose made this process so simple and enjoyable. We would absolutely stay here again!! '
