'The only thing I was disappointed with was the master bedroom furniture placement. The Queen bed was placed against a wall, not just the head of the bed but also a side. There was no way to get in bed on that side, you have to crawl up from the foot of the bed. I will be more observant in furniture placement when next I reserve [which I will] with them again.'

Bed was terrible, mattress should be thrown out. Toilet off the breakfast area plugged, nasty, water on floor, no tp…. Ice machine worked tho!!!! Locks on doors broken.'

'Refrigerator was not working which was a big problem since we needed to refreeze ice packs and cool food for the night before another long driving day. I guess it was ok for a short 6 hour sleep, but we’ve paid cheaper prices for better quality elsewhere.'
