'Weg mooie kamers in een bijzonder pand! Ook het personeel fantastisch (vriendelijk en behulpzaam). Door het oude pand is er geen airco wat jammer was. Wij waren er met 34 graden. Er kon maar een superklein raam open dus erg warm op kamers. Gelukkig was er wel een ventilator aanwezig op de kamers. Schoonmaak is super, na twee nachten kregen wij alweer schoon beddengoed. Het restaurant onder het hotel is een aanbeveling, gezellig en eten is verrukkelijk! Met name de rumpsteak.'

Have to say it was not a problem for me. The room was very comfortable, a lovely view along Church Lane and across the stone cottages. It has the usual room facilities. The bathroom facilities were very good, especially the shower, as it was one of the few that I have used in hotels that did not leak...

'Beautiful, cosy 14th century inn with rooms. Picture postcard perfect and in a great location for walks and a short drive to Tisbury High Street. Food in the pub was excellent as was choice of drinks. Plenty of car parking right opposite'

'The staff were very welcoming and made a fuss of our little dog. The food was excellent and the wine was a treat. They were very helpful and friendly. The inn was very characterful and felt very homely. I highly recommend a stay at The Oakhill Inn. It was also very popular with the locals which speaks volumes. Bridget'

'Room and bathroom were extremely clean and well kept. Pub is separate from the rooms but about 20 meters walk away and they serve food which is convenient. Very quiet area. Comfy beds. Plenty of parking. Easy drive to Bath from here, took about 25 mins. Complementary tea and coffe sachets with kettle and biscuits. Full length mirror and then another mirror in bathroom and another infront of the desk area. Good size bathroom with well working shower which is nice and hot. '

'Super leuk hotelletje. Er zijn maar 3 kamers, wij verbleven in kamer 2, de blauwe kamer. De kamer was heel sfeervol ingericht, had een heerlijk bed, een badkamer met douche en toilet. Beneden was een pub met restaurant en een overdekt terras met een paar tafeltjes. Het eten was heerlijk, wel jammer dat er geen ontbijt gereserveerd wordt.'

'Our stay at Seven Stars was above our expectations. The accommodation was extremely comfortable, with large spacious rooms, super comfy bed, and a separate kitchenette to prepare our included breakfast. We would have loved to stay until 11am book out, but we were head on touring. The Pub was delightful: very warm and comfortable, with great food. The staff were very friendly and gave excellent customer service. It’s been the high light of our travels so far! '

'Delightful pub with excellent accommodation. Cosy or elegant indoor dining areas and extensive outside seating area. Imaginative and tasty menu. Rooms very nicely appointed with lovely additional touches (fresh milk in a flask; home baked cookies; tea and coffee with cafetiere). Hindon is a picturesque village with charming cottages and discernable outlines of the many coaching inns once there (of which the Grosvenor Arms is one). Plenty to do in the surrounding countryside.
