'Very clean and comfortable with interesting decorations. Went to view the eclipse and the staff called before we arrived to ask if they should set aside eclipse glasses for us. Above and beyond! On site staff was also very helpful. Minor bummer was that the ice machine was broken. Located right in the middle of cute gift shops and nice restaurants. The whole town was hospitable towards the horde of tourists.'

'Quick drive into town for restaurants and shopping. Quiet place. The rooms are small but the bed was comfortable and it was suitable for what we needed. If you're looking to hang out in your room, it will probably be a bit small for that but the common areas are really nice. We would absolutely stay again.'

'What's not to like about a beautiful historic inn in central Vermont that was featured in the Bob Newhart show? It's well kept, and the staff are friendly and personable. I didn't get to try the food, but the restaurant is clearly popular.'

'We stayed in the Courtyard Annex, which is a "motel" complex behind the Inn itself. Our accommodations were a spacious suite with modern décor, including two double beds and a "living room" area with sofa bed, easy chair, desk, etc. Good storage space and large bathroom. Parking was free, right outside the building. The Inn itself is an historic building with a large lobby area with lots of sofas and chairs, gift shop, restaurant and tavern. We did not see any of the rooms but understood...
