I would love to give this experience 5 stars. The instructions for the property were insufficient. It is an apartment above a supermarket. The parking instructions were nonexistent. The instructions for the internet were not provided and the host took 2 days to respond and provide that info. There were just too many things that required psychic intuition to understand. For example there was a transponder on the set of keys that opened the door at the stairway entrance and the trash room. The instruction for entering numbers on the keypad door at the stairs were lacking and failed to provide any instructions about using the transponder. There was nothing about where the trash room was or how to open the door. The host would do well to have better instructions made up for the:Stairwell door and the bobber The trash roomThe internetThe parking and that openerThe washing machineThe dishwasherThere was a coffee maker on the counter. I have never seen ANYTHING like it. Nobody in our group could figure it out and there were no directions. The TV was nice but the remote control needs to be replaced. The cover was missing and they used tape to keep the batteries from falling out, You had to squeeze the batteries up while holding the power button in order to turn on the TV. That took too long to figure out.There was a trick to everything with no directions, and terrible communication with the host. Better instructions & communications please!
