The hotel didn't let me in. I paid the full rate for the room, but was not prepared to pay additional deposit at check in. I arrived late, I had troubles with my credit cards and at the time I arrived there were no currency exchanges working near the hotel and no ATM. I understand my responsibility for having valid credit cards and that I had to be prepared for additional deposit, but I was just a person in trouble, first time having such a problem with my cards and the "luxury" hotel didn't offer me any options to pay with the invoice later or other, they just took my money paid for the room and didn't let me in without the deposit. I personally will avoid this hotel for me and my family. I strongly believe that additional deposits should be included at the stage of booking, so that people never get into such a situation when they paid for the room, but were not checked in.
